The service is outstanding, includes easy to access parking.

Tasty coffee and tea for breakfast. Good-sized and well-appointed units with a mini bar, AC, for example. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museum of Natural History. Really nice restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

We were moved to a superior queen room with a mini bar, fridge, for example.

Excellant location close to the old center, many attractions, restaurants, beautiful shops and The Old Town in Salzburg and Mirabell Gardens across the road and Salzburg, its central. Love eating outside and there's Leichtsinn Vitalbistro, set extremely close to the hotel. The restaurant serves coffee and tea in the morning.

The hotel was in a central setting close to the park. Further, it was just off The Old Town in Salzburg and The Old Town in Salzburg and Mirabell Gardens. There were central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV in the room, enjoyed that. The bathroom was excellent with a bidet.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin/double room, plus a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Breakfast with champagne. Fast check-in, parking nearby. Nice staff providing top-notch services.

The breakfast food was good, different choices to eat like coffee and tea. We ate at a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location was marvellous and convenient, close to Salzburger Barockmuseum. Liked to hang out in the center, it's at walking distance from the hotel.

It made my trip to Salzburg a such wonderful experience. Appreciated my 2 nights stay. The restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner, I tried TASTY dishes. A refrigerator, air conditioning, and a personal safe were provided. Fab location, the staff were super friendly.

Rooms were well furnished, everything was really good. The location was good for traveling around Salzburg, right by Mirabell Gardens across the road, Hellbrunn and Untersberg cable car and all touristic sites.

I loved this newly remodelled and stylish place, stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms were nicely furnished with fridge, Bathroom, AC as described. The hotel had very amiable and extremely helpful staff members. Its absolutely perfect, central location was a plus. Meals were savoury, and there was Braurestaurant Imlauer near the property. Could be great for celebrating anniversary...

It had not very comfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

I enjoyed staying here and recommend to everyone. The restaurant was nice for lunch and dinner here, I had tasty dishes. The location was good and fab for walking around Mirabell Palace. Visited few places in the center, within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful city. It's just a short walk from the main attractions and the city center, making it an ideal base for tourists. The breakfast buffet is ample and interesting, with a good selection of foods to choose from. The rooms are immaculate, with very comfortable beds and amazing facilities, including free snacks and a bar fridge.

The semi open plan bathroom may not suit everyone's needs.
